One of the residences, located in the northern district of Celle in Hehlentor, is close to the centre of town and is therefore an attractive residential area. The building was built in the late 1960s, was therefore in need of upgrading.

The upgrade took place in 2010, covering 2 buildings of 16 and 12 residential units and approximately 1,880 m². The new system consists of a Robur gas absorption heat pump GAHP-WS, for heating and domestic hot water.
